A bag drop area with staff to load clubs onto carts.
Organization of cart name placards.
Registration tables where you can welcome your guests.
Barbecue available for pre-tournament snacks.
Golf Professionals to organize Beat the Pro and Use the Pro's Tee Shot contests which can add excitement to the round and create additional revenue for your event.
Scoring that will take care of all the tricky details.
Signs for the course will be distributed by Moncton Golf & Country Club staff.
Player gifts such as shirts, jackets and other items can be arranged through our professional shop at very competitive prices.
Donation of additional green fee passes as prizes for event.
If the event is a single draw and the dinner for the event was no more than 200 people, we can host the meal here at the club. By keeping the golf and the meal in one location you will have an event with more camaraderie and unity -- one that your patrons will thoroughly enjoy.

Don't Forget the Food
We can supply delicious meals for your hungry guests. We can provide hearty buffets for lunch including barbecued chicken and hamburgers or pasta and sole or sandwiches and soup. Our dinner buffets have choices of entrees that include such popular options as prime rib, sirloin of beef, baked salmon, ham and several chicken dishes. Breakfast buffets and continental breakfast are also available.

We Have the Right Team for the Job
The MGCC has an excellent staff who will take excellent care of your guests. The course has more than 40 people on staff during golfing season and has a wealth of experience and knowledge to make hosting your event an easy and successful day.
We have a Canadian PGA Golf Professional, Jim Baxter, our Senior Pro, who has been with the organization for 33 years and is a well known fixture in the Greater Moncton Area. Barry Langille, our General Manager, will assist you in organizing your corporate event.
Glenn Hopper is our Golf Course Superintendent and has been with the club for more than 30 years. He is a member of the Canadian Golf Course Superintendent's Association and always keeps our outstanding course in tremendous condition.
Our restaurant staff have extensive experience in the industry and have worked in facilities all across Canda.
